EOM organises two sessions on remote sensing and environmental modelling at the DKG 2019 in Kiel (Sept. 25-30).

The German Congress of Geography will be held under the motto "Upheavals and break-ups – Future Geography/ies" in Kiel from 25 to 30 September 2019. In addition to thematic sessions with talks and posters, working groups will meet for discussions. An interesting evening and excursion programme will round off the conference.

EOM organises two sessions in L6-FS-145 Point Pixel Model - Synergetic combination of remote sensing, in situ data and environmental modelling

Other remote sensing sessions are:

L5-FS-135 Satellite sensing for monitoring, assessment and prediction of Agenda 2030 development

L5-FS-136 Earth observation supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals

L6-FS-143 Monitoring and modelling of land surface processes across scales

L6-FS-146 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for geomorphology

L9-FS-227 Radar remote sensing for geomorphology
